Trouble with new ride?

I have a early 08 ultra and did have the filter and recall shell replaced, also was told by factory that as of Jan 08 the up dated shell was used, wonder how they could go to work on the last day id Dec.07 and install the known def. parts and the next day Jan 1, 08 throw them all away and use updated type:bigsmiley20:

If you have conflicting data, all you can do is a visual inspection of the parts and see if they match the pictures previously posted to ensure the new and improved part is there...consider it a "gift" to help you know your bike better. :small3d036:
