did you properly break the rings-in? like on a open clear road, accellerate fron 25 to 55 rapidly then let off the throttle ans let the bike coast in-gear to 25 mph. this is to be done several times. etc. just goggle breaking-in engine rings. and see. i know dealers says there's no need to do this, but once in a while, the results is a situation like yours. many even switch to non-syn oil
during this process.IMO
