The owner didn't really say anything but "He will do whats right, not what someone else wants him to do". So I would say...YES!!

Curious --- ya gonna still be using NSHD for your future service needs???

Will be moving to Mobile for work after the wires are replaced. The trust is no longer there.

Long story short. I had a 2000 RK with MM injection problems. Hammond said there was nothing that could be done. Live with it. Went to Slidell one day and talked to the service dept. Within three days they had replaced the entire throttle body. The same throttle body Hammond said they absolutely could not get.

just goes to show , there are dealers who do not care about the customers.n And it might not be the whole dealer, just 1 or 2 people working in a certain department
