Volume up thumb control not working

I installed two different after market radios, AC Aquatic and a Rockford fosgate.
On both everything works fine except the volume up on both radios, I even replaced the thumb switch.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
 
Welcome! I'm wondering how everything can be fine with no up volume!? Bet yer a glass half full guy?
