Thanks Gator. Time will tell what the outcome will be. I used Goo Gone to get the paint off. God forbid anyone has to do it, but the inner fairing and painted badges don't like the stuff. No harm done. Tested in a unseen area.

W whatyardwork Banned May 3, 2010 #13 If I was going to attempt to clean the inner fairing this is the product Id use. PPG Omni mx190 cleaner.About $20 a gallon.Probably work on he entire bike (not as harsh as GooGone)
