Oshkosh truck are the folks that supply the armed forces with the trucks they are using to fight terror in the middle east. They also supply fire trucks. Unemployment in this city is not bad as there has been a need for these trucks all over.

Well, that sounds like a lot of fun. Unfortunatly, we are returning the bikes on Thurs am and heading back to So Cal on Friday.

Well, here is the quick recap of our Chicago area ride.

IT DIDN'T HAPPEN!!

We were there last week for the heat wave and it took my wife down pretty hard. So we didn't rent the bikes. But, we did take the route in the rental car and it was great. We checked out the HD Museum and several dealerships. Also saw the more common Chicago sites. Had a great time.

Thanks to all for the tips on what to see.

The highlight was still the Navy boot camp graduation.
