Worked 20 years in comericial bakery, made bread (the kind you eat, not spend). The last 3 years I made pretzels. Ever eat the "Eagle Snacks" pretzels in the little airline bags whey flying? We made these for the airlines. If you ate one, we made it. Took early retirement there and went into the excavating business. Moved dirt for the next 14 years, now I am really retired. Make hand made soap, artisian breads, plant a garden and ride the "RainMaker".
