For over thirty years I was credit manager specializing in saving distressed companies. It was a job I was good at, but hated.

I'm now a professional knife sharpener. I polish Japanese chef knives, and the yanagiba is the most fun to work on.

After my probation is over, I'll update this post with some pictures of the work.
