Yes 1979 80cu offerd as a option on some models, just as 2011 103cu offered as a option today ,soo you see where your 96cu is most likly going . Hinged fender yes 58-64 fitment with welded washers ,then 65-84 fitment electric start and new shock upgrade no welded washsers and concave in fender to accomodate battery.
