When will our hogs be called gas hogs?

Regulations will probably affect the design of new generation bikes. But bikes, can always, and will always be modified with after-market bits. That is almost impossible to regulate, the price of gas however might make us think a little differently in the future.

I got into the sidecar thing because my wife would not ride on a 2 wheel bike. Now she falls asleep and the dog can come along too. Sidecars are really fun but not for everyone. If I had the cash, room , and time to do maintenance I would also have a RKC without a hack!! ( and a bunch of other bikes also...might as well dream big)
