Will my ultra tip over if?

Thanks for all the great info. I think for piece of mind I just might do the cement block thing as it will give me a better piece of mind.

Im one of those guys that if its going to happen to someone its going to happen to me. So even though no one else has had the problem I sure don't want to be the first, esp since cement blocks are so cheap.

I still got about 2000 more miles left on that tire but since were on vacation for 2 weeks come this weekend im sure thats going to get burned up pretty easy.
