Chris I see we have a lot to teach you about being married
You know the two of you are going to NEED a touring bike.
Then you keep yours as a get to work one up bike.
She can then ride your bike and you ride the bagger when you do not want to do two up.
The trick is making this all her Idea. Grab a good bagger from the back room long 4 day trip with her on it .
