Check the cam chain. It sounds like it has spun, possible tensioner failure. If you don't want to open it up you can do a compression test. The cylinders will have noticeably different compression from each other.
Hey steve07, went through the bike, checked everything, so I sprayed a little starter fluid in the carb and it started right up, the strangest thing I`ve ever seen!!! runs great now...Thanks everyone, for your help....

i think a pop out the carb can cause holes in an already "ready to give" intake seal
intake is hard becuase it's in that V that changes width when engine heasts up cools down. so it has to move, keep the seal, but also be rigid body (good performance)
