I was impressed with it's speed and acceleration. Scary quick. Wish I had kept it longer to really enjoy it. It was just broke in when I sold it. One of those "What did I do that for?" things.

Dude, how did you fit that big ol' electra glide tank on there? What year model was the tank from? Cause I'm surely tired of refueling every 120 miles (Edit).... but seriously though...

Just to finish up this post, here's how the Sportster ended up. I converted it to 1250, added an Electra Glide tank, Fatboy front fender for the rear fender, chromed the covers. Then I sold it. And bought another Sportster. Traded the second Sportster, with some cash, for a 96 Lowrider.
