Breeze is right; there is only one way for motor oil to enter the primary; through the left (clultch) side crank seal. The question for Springs07 is how the motor oil transferred. The seal could be bad; it happens. The bike is a softail and as we all know, over filling a softail oil tank is pretty common as motor oil will leak down into the sump if the bike is not ridden for an extended period; some leak down faster than others. The owner checks the oil level, sees it low, adds oil, fires up the bike and with all the oil in the sump, crank case pressure increases and the oil has to go somewhere. Sometimes all over the side of the bike and somtimes through the crank case seal or both.
