GREAT job! Looks good!! Bought a billet one on ebay, ~$40. Had to put a longer vent line, left the oem crossover. Touches frame but I agree doesn't really rub since frame and tank are bolted together. Don't know about running cooler but sure makes it easier to clean rocker boxes! I got mine to cut the speedo glare on wind shield at night, all else is a big bonus.
