I had more of a humunistic approach but this could be arranged. Glider on a spit does have some appeal. Tank over coals does have a certain ring to it! Stevo7 being basted even seems right. and Brian with BBQ sauce almost makes sense. Jack in the fire is just logical.

Cactus Jacks is a favorite. The Chili Cook Off at Roscos??? If all else fails I have room at Suwannee and I would be glad to host the roast. I would even be down to preparing a Louisiana Low Boil!!!!

I'm sorry we did not get to meet last Bike Week. My place in Suwannee is about 135mi from Daytona, and I usually rent a place in Flagler Beach if you need a place to stay. I do like roasting in person!!

As Bike Week gets closer you will have to let me know how to find the cottage. I know where Cactus Jacks is. I knew Jack well and even got to take a ride in one of his T's out thru the forest about 5 or 6 years ago. He was a great guy!!!
