Missing at constant speed?

New plug wires installed last night. No change. I have not tried a third set of plugs but I am thinking they aren't the problem either.
 
Check the battery and ground connections.
Have you pulled any codes?
unplug ECM clean and re-grease connections
I have now reached my ignorance level...:D
 
Just asking:

Could you have a burnt valve? not real bad but causing the miss?

I've been thinking valve train all along but the heads were newly ported with new valves, guides, seals, etc. The front rocker box is noisy and I am as far as I want to go with the PR's. When I redid the exhaust gaskets, I peaked in the port and the color was good and nothing unusual about it. Dont have a leak down tester.
