I have only had the Harley for 3 weeks traded in a 1999 Honda Goldwing so there are quite a lot of adjustment I need to make

I'm not sure why you can't, I know at 1 time you had to have a certain amount of posts before you could download somethings. maybe a moderator can look into why.
