sorry to be pest Jeff but I just jump into a thread and start there or do I have to start a new post in the field ?
 
Start a new thread on the subject matter. Go to whatever area you have an issue and at the top of the page it will say post new thread, click on that and write your issue. After you completed your post at the bottom it will say create thread, click on that and off you go.
