Backs in the mid 60's the first Mini-Coopers were front wheel drive, specifically for Euro rallies. Buddy of mine dad had one.I think good results in the snow and bad weather in general...with the Toronado is what started front wheel drive in cars. I can’t think of any other cars back in the early 70s that had front wheel drive can you?
