Post A Pic Of Your Bagger Here

:42: Thanks 'Sharpscuba' for sharing your meaningful paint scheme with us. I'll pass a copy of your pic on to my wife ~ she'll share your joy and 'exposure', of His grace. And, 'BudWhite', you are right ... there are a few 'understanding' Ohio buckeyes .. maybe just 1 or 2!! Go Blue!!! And 'Bwalsh22', "keep the spirit alive, and never be ashamed!" :s :42:

Not my paint, I wish .That is Richards scoot!

Thanks for the comments.

Ok, here goes the pics and specs

2003 Road King

BigAss Bags, 2 inches wider, 4 inches longer (not sumax, poor copies, live and learn)
Stretched rear fender, recessed license plate
RWD LED turn/tail lights
Klock Werks front fender
2005 FLHRI gas tank
Reinhart True Duals
21" DNA 80 spoke rim front / metzler 880
18" DNA 60 spoke rear / metzler 880
Progressive rear shock, lowered 1 inch
2 inch forward board brackets, eliminated heel shifter
16inch Burley 1.25 apes
Rear adjustable foot pegs for the wife
Wife says too much chrome:D, went with willie g skull & kuryakyn zombie

What you dont see is the batwing fairing (no radio), detachable chopped tour pack (hence the brackets on the rear fender) and the Hogtunes handlebar MP3 player and speakers (still trying to get it to work).

What I am most proud of is I did this all myself, paint and flames also. First time painting for me, not perfect but looks good to me. It took me 6 months of nights and weekends to get it done. Built a paint booth in my garage out of 2x4's a 1 inch styrofoam. My son helped me stripe off the flames, he is more artistic than me. Took plenty of pics during the teardown and build. I will include some here. Thanks for your interest. Mark

New member here. After a 1200 mile two-up trip on our 2003 Sportster, the wife and I realized that our butts are just not up to the cramped seating and vibrations for the long haul. Well, I took the Sporty in for a new rear tire, and my gaze fell on a 2003 FLTRI and it was love at first sight. Took her for a test ride, and I realized I was hopelessly in love. After a bit of dickering over price and trade in value on the Sportster, I rode the Road Glide home yesterday. Today we took it for a 150 mile ride, and I know that we made the right choice. I guess I have a thing for the silver/black paint scheme on the 2003's...

Nice RG! I have a 2007 RG and I'm curious...how are you liking the 12" Klockwerks windshield and the Heritage bars? And are the Heritage bars the new style (2009) or old style?
