Take off the air cleaner and try going through the start sequence to include twisting the throttle a couple times while turning her over. Do you see/smell fuel in the throttle body?

So, if I understand correctly: with ignition to on, and switch to run, I only should have power to the fuse for a few seconds unless it is running?

As I was in a turn out of my driveway, I clearly had my throttle opened partially and she shouldn't have diedJust seems odd the bike quit running at the same time the cable broke.
