Next week I'm making a Portugese smoked sausage called Farinheira....it's made with pork, pork fat spices and flour. Then, smoked over a fire for 3 days. I'm not Portugese, but I love this stuff.
Anything that goes with beer! Ok, more specifically - almost anything with hot sauce on it (like Frank's Red Hot) - chicken wings, french fries, potato chips, etc. Then, there's popcorn! Apparently, I'm a carb junky!
