I should carry some sort of tools but unfortunately I do not at this point, but plan to next season, gonna get the kit probably.

Seems to me the factory has a set code [ 1111 ] that needs to be replaced with your own, if you don't reprograme than anyone that knows this could info could disarm the bike and if the switch is not in the lock position , start the bike and ride away.

The dealers usually reprogram the PIN code with their own code on setup so always check with the selling dealer if the need to recover the PIN on a used bike comes up and hope that the previous owner didn't reprogram it.

I have always carried a Leatherman Tool, Surefire, Wire Ties, an Adjustable Wrench, Tire Plug Kit w/CO2 Catridges, and a FOB Battery. Bought the Windzone EK 1HD Tool Kit today after reading the posts here.
