Are you kidding!?! This was my third time into a primary AND I had the benefit of your advice (along with Amanda's assistance)! :s
Your inner primary looks pristine so I'm curious - did you not have to do any grinding to make clearance to get the rotor out? Maybe the MOCO finally sends them out with enough room to get rotors on and off.
If you loosen the 5 bolts on the inner primary (1/4" or so), then you are able to slightly shift/tilt the inner primary enough for the rotor to be removed and installed without the need to "grind" or alter anything.
