I had a GREAT experience with CASCADE HARLEY of Bend Oregon..

Broken down fri- sun night of Aug 09 and stranded 'til my Dyna was fixed(VR ordered). needing to get back home to wa.

I ended up out the door on the Last 09 FLHR on their floor.. Happy with all the service and the Price they gave me...Glad UPS didn't get there in time? (or did they?)

The Owner uses Redline as I do and WE got along Just Fine....:newsmile036:

Would I buy another Bike from them ,,, YES....

Missoula Harley Davidson, I was having problems with my exhaust and stopped in to have it checked out, they fixed it on the spot and no charge. Good people, nice dealership.
 
I had two great experiences out on the road one with Beartooth HD in Red Lodge Mt and the other was with Highway 101 HD in Coos Bay Or. Two friends and I had just ridden over Beartooth pass in the rain and snow and the ladies at the dealership let us warm up and leave our wet gear there while we went across the street and eat. The other time was at Highway 101 when we showed up 15mins before they were supposed to close and they stayed open late so we could look around and buy some shirts and other things the whole time being very friendly.

I bought two bikes from them and the entire staff is great. I got good deals from the sales folks and good deals from the parts guys. Service is good and they always seem to make time to answer your questions.

I was able to go into the shop many times looking at new Sportsters (06) and was not attacked by hungry sales people.
When I was ready to buy the owner wrote up the paper work and was on my way. The whole staff is great to work with.

Iron Steed HD - Vacaville, CA

Rented from them and they were extremely helpful. We were actually staying in Sacramento but no dealer's in that area rented anymore so Iron Steed came to the rescue. Caught a bus that dropped us off at a Park N Ride in Vacaville and Terri came over and picked us up and brought us to the dealership. Did the same in reverse the next day so we could get back to Sacramento.

Now that's what I call customer service!!!
