GOOD Dealers And Experiences

Smitty now there is a dealer that respects his clientele. From this type of attitude he will get many more people who want to do business with him.

Ever wonder if there's still a honest Harley Dealership out there?
If your thinking of buying a new bike go to their website and check out their buying tips.
I get a Old School feeling off these people, kinda like HD Dealerships used to be.
Wilkins Harley-Davidson, South Barre, Vermont, Exit 6 off Interstate 89, Sales, Service and Rentals

You hit the nail on the head! These people are the best. They have been open since 1947 and it shows. They always go out of there way to make you feel like family and are always appreciative of your business weather its a new bike or a 50 cent o-ring. They all ride and you can trust that they will steer you in the right direction. Its the little things that matter to me such as when you buy an oil filter, they hand you the o-ring for the drain plug no cost. The owner is Barbara Wilkins and she's 80 yrs old. She has probably forgotten more about Harley's than I will ever know. Her son John has gone as far as letting an out of state group use his car to go get lunch while they serviced there bikes. Now that's what I call above and beyond. I would highly recommend you stop in and say "Hi" if your in the neighborhood. You wont regret it.

Kitchener Harley Davidson

Well i posted earlier that i was hoping to be able to say good things about the dealer that i bought my ride from, and now i can.

My wife dropped my bike Thursday night before heading to Port Dover on Friday. (We've only had it a week) The front brake lever snapped, the Rear brake lever bent in to the frame, and the rear brake fluid cup was cracked and was losing brake fluid.

We loaded it into a trailer took it there Friday morning, showed up half an hour before they opened hoping that something could be done to get us on our way.

We weren't disappointed, they rushed us in to the shop, even had to take some parts off of a bike on the showroom floor to get the fix done. And after all of that only charged us for the most minimal of time and parts. We made it to Dover by the afternoon.

It makes me feel great to know that this is the dealer that i bought from, and that they went the extra mile to help us out.

Customer service is not dead. Its alive and well at Southside Harley Davidson in Va. Beach, Va. (Hampton Roads Harley Davidson)

They understand that a motorcycle purchase is a choice, not a necessity.

Went there last November and told them I was not ready to buy, but was looking for info. (most places will hand you a card, take your name and # and say " call us when your ready") Doug at Southside, took the time to show me the bike I was interested in, and even take it out side so I could see it in the natual light. Then hooked me up with the finance girl so she could explain all the optional stuff and financing. Now I know how much I need to be ready to spend when I buy this bike.

I went back in January, just for kicks, and told them I was not ready yet, but just seeing what they had. was treated like gold.

Went back this past Friday and bought my dream bike, they are an MSRP dealer, but I got a cover, seat, Helmet for the wife, a jacket for the wife and 2 t-shirts. and still stayed within my budget.

I found my dealer for life. No need to drive 3 hours to save $500.00 doubt that would have happened anyway.

When you find a good one you need to treat them the same way. Every few months gather up your Pizza Hut coupons and threat them to lunch.

My experience is admittedly limited, but so far Dennis in the parts dept. over at Lander's HD in Little Rock, AR has been great to deal with. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Seemed genuinely interested in helping me learn more about my bike rather than just showing off how much he knows too.

Thiels Wheels HD in Upper Sandusky Ohio
i went in with an idea and left with my bike(well, the paperwork at least!). they are very nice and very helpfull. my sales ladys name is Cheri. if anyone goes in to look at a bike ask for her. she will help you anyway she can.

I bought my 2010 SG up in Utica,NY Love the deal, got a good trade in on my 2008 FXSTC but I travel 40 miles in the other direction for service.

Southern Tier Harley Davidson in Binghamton, NY

The first time I went there was just for an inspection.

They let me go INSIDE the shop and observe the inspection while it was being done. Today I went to have my crash bar lights installed and I was invited to go out in the shop and observe the tech do the job. This way, you get to know the people working on your pride and joy and they know you're watching. I told the service manager that this alone would bring me back again and again. It seemed like a throw back to the 60's but was certainly appreciated by those of us given the privilege to observe the work being done.

Thank you Southern Tier Harley
