GOOD Dealers And Experiences

Anyone who lives in the NY tri-state area should def stop by NewRoc Harley-Davidson in New Rochelle, NY.

I just bought my very first bike there (yay!!) and they had an amazing sale that I think is going on till at least the end of the year- 10% off all new and used bikes, well minus screamin' eagles, but at 5'2 and like 120lbs, I'm clearly not riding one of those. The sales people were so amazing and friendly and spoke to me like a rider, not a small girl who doesnt know what she's doing (that happens alot). And I got to test ride my lil sportster first, which apparently isnt that common. I left feeling confident in my purchase and even found some new friends in the process. I highly recommend them! :D

Welcome to the Forum and your first post, and a very good experience , Enjoy your new ride:s

Last summer I needed tires mid vacation trip. Pulled into Kalispel HD about anhour before closing. They worked two hours past closing to get it done for me, no extra charge. AND I asked if they had any taillight visors. Nope, but the parts guy went and pulled one off his fatboy and put it on mine for $10.

If it wasn't 600 miles away I would do all my buying and work at Kalispel HD!

Buddy Stubbs in Phoenix AZ
These guys are great! I was buying from an independent seller (not giving them any money at all) and they helped me out tremendously! Inspected the bike before Ibought it and even helped talk the guy down a bit on his price.

These guys rock!

Al Muth HD in Black River Falls, Wi is top notch. Good deals on the 6 bikes my family has bought there, quick on service, free 1000 mile check up on any new bike, the used(no warranty) 07 SE UC that my wife bought. 2 problems(bad igniton switch and bad handlebar warmer)-both parts were at dealer cost and 1 hour labor each. I know the mechanic spent over 8 hrs for the ignition switch because he found several other small problems created by the previous owner they fixed free of charge. The topper is that on any new bike, they install(free labor) any parts you buy there and knock 10% off. If you want to install the parts then you get 20% off. Highly recommended!!

Renegade Harley Davidson
Alexandria, LA

Check engine light lit up with a P1351 and d1A9 code. I was running on one cylinder.

Had a plug that was not getting enough spark from the plug wire due to corrosion.

I went by the local dealer and discussed it with the service reprsentative and he said it should be covered by warranty, so I didn't fool with it. They scheduled a pickup, kept me informed of the progress, and delivered the bike after they finished. I have to say the courteous and professional service I received from the dealership was much more than I expected--I was really pleased.

This happened on a 2009 Road King. The bike was purchased new after the 2011's had been introduced, so it had been sitting up for awhile.

Gainesville Harley Davidson
Gainesville, FL

Got a quote from my closest dealer then emailed Gainesville.. Was almost a grand less because they don't charge freight or dealer fees so I put a deposit down and he started looking for one..

They got me a great deal on financing, 6.5%.. that was the icing on the cake..
