GOOD Dealers And Experiences

Wish I could remember the name of the dealer... but, on a cross country ride several years ago I started having issues with my ride. Somewhere along I-70 in Ohio. Dealer get me into the mechanic almost immediately. They told me to get some lunch and it'd be ready when I got back. All handled! I was thrilled.

More recently had a great experience last summer with Thunder Creek HD in Chattanooga. My son and I were riding through there... he got a nail in the tire about 20 miles from them. They dispatched a truck with trailer, picked his bike up, took it to dealer, repaired it and only charged us for the tire and installation. No towing charges, no nothing. And, they got us in immediately. I was pretty impressed. I'll have to look and see if I can figure out the dealer in Ohio.

Well, THAT was easy to find. I just looked in my filing cabinet, still had the paperwork. It was Fink's HD in Zanesville, OH. Great guys!!

Harley Davidson of Pikeville.
They have been nothing but nice, helpful and courteous to me. No matter if I was just looking, buying parts, getting service, whatever. Really good people.

I just wanted to say Great South Harley Davidson in Newnan, Ga is the best H-D dealership around my area. I live close to Opelika, Al and have an H-D dealership less than 15 minutes from my house. I would rather make the hour long trip to Newnan to deal with the people there. From the time you walk into Great South the staff treats you like family and is very courteous and helpful. If anyone is in Ga for any reason I really recommend stopping by this dealership.

Steel City Harley Davidson
1375 Washington Road
Washington PA 15301

This dealer is near Pittsburgh, PA. I get all my service done there. They're great at building a biker-friendly place to be. Lots of events, rides, charity events. I rode to Sturgis last year with a group coordinated by Steel City.
Have seen them go out of their way to help traveling bikers in distress.
Good People!!!!!

Kosco HD in Kinnelon NJ

They worked with me very well on my new RGC. I got a great deal on the bike about the best I heard of. I went ther to demo a bike and all 6 of their SG were spoken for in Feburary so they know how to move bikes. Bundled up and took a Glide for a ride and that was all she wrote. 19.5K 2011 RGC black denim, power pack and cruise and they located the bike from another dealer. With 20% off all parts.

Their principal owner Richie Kosco recently passed. R.I.P

Cape Cod Harley Davidson, Cape Cod MA.

The 3rd new bike I've bought from them in the past 20 years. The latest is a 2011 Ultra Limited in cool blue pearl and vivid black. Charlie, Jim and Ryan are the best.

I just purchased a new bike from Kitchener, and had a great experience as far as the sale went. The Sales staff was friendly, and great at answering questions, and helping a new rider find the bike that they wanted. I hope that the service doesn't fall off now that i have purchased.

But since i have seen this dealership in here twice and not in the BAD section i am hopeful. :)

just recently had my cam chain tenshioners upgraded to the newer hydraulic style on my 03. the dealer charged me $1050.00 and then I had some other work done. total came to $1250.00. my inner cam berings started to go and made my cams wear out. they threw new cams in for FREE!! will defenitly do buisness their again.

You have an exceptional dealer there but unfortunately there are two bad ones for every good one. I found the two closest dealers near me here are only good if they think you know more than them otherwise you get a quick job and out the door.
The owner ion the local one has made good on any problems but I guess it can be attributed to the help more than the owner.
