GOOD Dealers And Experiences

Rocky's HD London, Ontario, Canada. Have not had a problem they were not able to solve. Service Manager Lori is excellent. Ian is parts is great. The entire staff is always friendly and knowlegable.
 
Kelly's House of Harley Davidson in Billerica, MA has been outstanding with their service department. I bought my 2010 FXDC through military sales and have been going there for service. I am brand new to motorcycling and my 2010 dyna is my first motorcycle....they have been VERY patient with me and never made me feel like I was wasting their time with questions about my bike. They have been outstanding!
 
I SEE THERE ARENT MANY POSTS FROM THE MIDWEST ESPECIALLY CHICAGO.
IM IN THE BUSINESS SO I WONT MENTION MY PLACE BUT MY LOCAL DEALER, WILDFIRE HD IS SIMPLY THE BEST IN CHICAGO.

THEY WELCOME ME WITH OPEN ARMS EVEN THOUGH I SELL USED BIKES 10 MILES DOWN THE ROAD. THEY HAVE AWESOME SERVICE AND PARTS, AND THE MOTORCLOTHES SELECTION IS SECOND TO NONE.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW BIKE SEE ANDY K AS HE IS THE GUY IN CHARGE, THE FINANCE MANAGER IS HARMONY AND THE BEST PARTS GUY IS BUD BUT OVERALL THE MOST KNOWLEDGABLE GUY THEY HAVE IS DAVE IN SERVICE. HE REALLY KNOWS HIS BIKES AND VERY HELPFUL.

SO TAKE IT FROM A GUY WHO DEALS WITH DEALERS ALL THEY THESE GUYS ARE A CLASS ACT.

RIDE SAFE AND LOOK OUT FOR POTHOLES IF YOU ARE IN CHI-TOWN!

Bilbao Spain, fixed it with my breakdown insurance company so I didnt have to break off my holiday to drive across Spain to get my fixed bike,and didnt just replace my toasted regulator,they checked and topped up all my oils,and adjusted my drive belt tension at no extra cost,They also let me rest up in the cafe area,recharge my phone,and really ripped into a customer that they caught playing around with my bike while I was completing the paperwork to pick it up!!In short,customer service above and beyond anything you could reasonably expecxt from a dealer.
 
Just like to thank the service dept at Granite State Harley-Davidson 351 Miracle Mile Lebanon, NH. On our way to the killington Rally in Vermont I stopped to check the map and experienced a no start condition. I got the bike to Granite State and the crew there swarmed over the bike and had me back on the road in short order. They found the starter bolts loose causing a no ground condition and tightened them tested the bike and only charged for one hr. labor although several of them were working on it. They turned a really bad situation into minor disturbance.
