Probably because the Spectro platinum wasn't posted as a choice at the time the pole was made.:s

well its that time lol in the sporty i always used hd sport tran fluid and some lucas. im a mobil 1 guy for oil , is the 75/140 m1 for trucks n suv's the right stuff for my rkc or is it some special bike formula like the engine oik? sounds like a dumb question lol but i dnt want to be wrong and wreck my tran

LS 75/90 or 75/140 mobil 1 gear lube will do fine.

Spectro platinum does it even better or even the Spectro GL 1 for 5 speeds.

thanx man ;-) the reason i asked is on the mobil 1 site they say how great it is but that its NOT recomended for use in manual tran that require atf or engine oil. just wanted to make sure before i created a big problem lol

I run Royal Purple 75W-140 because for me I am supporting a local company (nearby in Porter Texas) and being local Royal Purple is easily to find here.

My uncle trucks the base oil from Pasadena TX to Porter for them.

I’m too lazy and impatient to preplan and order Spectro.
