What Brand Bike Did You Ride Prior to HD?

Dad gave my my first bike, a Honda 50cc at 8. Asked if I wanted a bike and then handed me a box of spare and said "if you want to ride it, you will have to build it." best thing he could have done for me.

Have also ridden:
50cc Suzuki
125cc Kawasaki
250cc Yamaha
Honda CB 750
Suzuki GSX 750
BMW RS 1000
 
Yamaha RD350 - little rocket ship
Honda 500/4 - refined considering what was on the market
Suzuki GS1100 - really fast when it wasn't being worked on.
GL1500 - 15 years with zero problems
 
Briggs/Straton big wheel special (6 years old)
Kawasaki 90
Suzuki TM125
Honda CR125 (1988 & 1994)
Honda CR250 (1994)
Honda NightHawk 450 (16th birthday)
HD 1987 1100 Sportster
HD 1997 Heritage
HD 2009 Ultra

My first bike was a 1974 Kawasaki G4 100 at age 14. Then I bought a 1975 Honda CR125 Elsinore, then a 1976 Suzuki DT400, Then a 1979 Yamaha IT 175 Enduro. Then after about a 24 year break I was blessed with my 2003 Fatboy. :D
 
i ride a blue suzuki bandit1200every day to work my last bike was a kawasaki vn 1500 vulcan.before that a bmw k100rs,kawasaki z750,suzuki gs650gtthe worst bike i ever owneda cx 500 custom,honda superdream 250
 
BMW GS 1200...very nice bike...but I didn't off the hard road much...back to another Harley...I had had 2003 Soft tail..but this 2008 Street Glide is a very nice ride.

Bridgesone, Kawasaki 125, 1500 Classic, Nomad, Honda 1100 Shadow, HD Heriatge Softail, FXDSE, and now finally my 2010 Street Glide. I think I have at last found MY BIKE!
