Wanted to give kudos to HD of North Dallas in Carrollton, TX. This was the first time I let a dealer, or anyone, work on my ride since I let a different dealer do the first 1,000 mile service and stripped out the transmission drain plug. Anyhow, recently noticed the inner primary leaking and took the heritage in to have it fixed under warranty fully expecting to get some flack for not having any other services performed by an authorized dealer.

I am happy to report that not only was the repair done to my satisfaction but it was done without any phone call trying to up sell any other service work and was finished sooner than expected with absolutely zero cost on my part. They also informed me that the main shaft bearing was also replaced and even washed the bike before returning it to me.

Would definitely recommend this dealer - good folks!
 
Another "Thank You" to Sauk Prairie H.D. Took the SG in for the recall fix on the gas tank and when I went down to sign the paperwork, I was informed that they replaced the front tire with the Dunlop D408. The D407 still had a lot of tread on it but they wanted to be proactive. The only complaint I have is I wish they would have told me they were doing this as I was going to buy new rims to go with new tires when the time came. Oh well, better start ridin!
 
Pikes Peak HD at Colorado Springs, CO. The woman and I rode west last spring and stopped in for a few minutes to check it out. They were treated us like royalty. Our bike was covered in 1800 miles of road grime, and the shop Tech assistant offered to wash our bike for us. Good people.:)
 
Thanks for putting this out there Glider. In York PA J&J Cycle Barn is the best I have ever been to. They won't clean your bike for you or candy coat ya. But if you want something done and done rite by someone who cares about every single customer that walks through the door. Go see Joe and Jen at J&J!
 
I recently purchased my first bike (08 StreetGlide) from Fullerton Harley Davidson in Ca. They were very friendly and easy to work with a no pressure attitude. Great dealer!

I also bought accessories at Glendale Harley in Ca. Everyone there is very helpful and fun to talk to. Another great dealer.

I will be going back to both of these dealers.
