Poll options should include: 91 - non ethanol. We can purchase this in many Shell stations in Oregon. Usually $0.40 / gal higher than premium BUT I and many of the people I ride with get a 4 mpg increase so it's a wash and hopefully better for my Harley

My two cents worth is 91 or 93 that is what i have done for years. I had a 2005 Dyna Super Glide and I Just traded for a 2011 Heritage Classic. Here where I live It's hard to find 93 Octane anymore :D:D......

By the way It's all Ethanol no regular gas..... Do you think you should put something with it sometime like sea foam....

Think it might have something to do with the fact that the poll was originated in October of 2007?
:p

I ran 87 octane in my last three EVO"s cause they ran BETTER ( FASTER ) on regular than on 93 octane .

Now I have a twinkie (twin cam ) with only 8.7 or 8.8 to 1 compression and the manual says to run the expensive stuff !
Could it be that these newer twinkie's run so lean & so hot that moco advises premium gas to hide the pinging ? :bigsmiley11:

I use 95 octane that is the only available in the country for regular unleaded. They sell a premium 100 octane but i dont use it.

I always run 93 but on my trip out to sturgis a lot of stations only have 91 for super and I can tell the difference when I had to use the 91, I did not like the noise I got from it.
