I run the highest I can find. which is more often than not 91, but 93 in a few places. or the airport when I am there, 112.

That 112 octane is not good for the engine.

The best I can find is the Cheveron 94 proof - contains no ethanol and my dyna runs like a top!!!! I don't know if I can find a higher octane on Vancouver Island.

Best available around here is 91, I have added octane booster and could feel a difference though.

I use Shell premium most often, Sunoco premium is a close second.

I run mid-grade (91) because I can't make myself shell out the extra 2 or 3 $ more for something that I don't notice a difference with. Besides, I have heard that engines become "dependent" on higher octane rated gasolines, so at today's escalating/always fluctuating prices, I go with what my bike seems to like. I have run regular in my 97 RK and it did ping a little. Oh well, just my opinion.

Two grades available here, 91 and 95; my owner's manual says to use 95.

I have the option of Sunoco 93 or a non ethenol 90....I've been alternating and notice no difference in performance. Which is better for my 2010 FXDC?

Always run highest grade and try to only buy from a high volume gas station..
