Things You Should Never Use On Or Do To Your Bike.

NEVER wear lace up boots unless you tuck the laces inside really good. I always wear slip ons only.

I have been told KH-7 (universal cleaning product for house, so popular in Spain) is great for a fast washing of any bike. Well, no damage to chrome or painting but it EATS your rubber parts. I realized when my floorboards began to cry black tears. A pity, because it is the best bug-remover, effortless.
Here you can see the composition: KH Lloreda
Any suggestion about the ingredients?

Never work on your bike without covering the tank & fenders first. Not even to tighten a bolt or screw.

If you get wax or polish on your black powdercoated motor, tranny,or primary, splash some water on the affected area & use your finger to rub it off;never a cloth. Obviously,do this with then engine COLD.

Don't fill your gastank more than 3/4 full, unless you'll be riding through a desolate area. You'll ALWAYS get some splashback.

blasphemy!!! Everyone needs a big hammer... I have a brass headed one that I am partial to, because it doesn't mark up things as bad.

Brass hammers are good for non marring, I like dead blows better, that been said the idea here is you shouldnt have to use brutal force with a big hammer on a bike, maybe a shop press for bearings and gears:s

If you wear jeans/trousers which are in any way loose in the leg - be really careful not to catch the leg end of your jeans on the peg as you put your left foot down at a stop. Happened to me and it just kept my left foot from grounding properly and I SOOOO nearly dropped it at traffic lights. Very nearly herniated myself holding her up :hummer.

Same goes for wearing running shoes with long laces - or always tuck the laces inside the shoe if you do wear them. Its hard to put the bike on its side stand with your shoe tied to the side of it!

Bait, a great idea, Hope some will take note. the front guard on the trailer is a must. too much stuff kicking up off the road behind your puller.
