What Brand Bike Did You Ride Prior to HD?

The bike Rode befor my HD is a 2001 Honda Shadow 750 ACE. the bike I learned to ride was a 70s something AMC (I think, italian made maybe) HD. that belonged to my Dad. he then got an 80s Honda shadow 750 (the irony is not lost on me). Then in 86, "The" accident happened, and we lost Dad and I didn't ride for 17 yrs. Now, 2006 Dyna Superglide.

First was cb350 Honda...Kaw 400..Yam 550,Triumph 650 bonneville.this one made me go for H.D.

Well. The only brands I have owned are Harley Davidson and the other one that starts with an H. And it ain't Husqvarna.:TEXAS

Well, I've been riding for 41 years and have never been without a motorcycle during that time. Trying to recall them all, I can remember about 43 different motorcycles I've owned. Pretty much everything made except a BMW. I've owned a few oddball bikes......Ossa, Bennelli, Zunndapp, Bultaco, etc. I've had 6 Harley's to date, everything from a Sportster to an ElectraGlide, and currently own a 2007 SuperGlide.

Went looking for a new bike and rode a 2010 Ultra Classic Electra Glide and was
hooked on HD.

My last bike was a 1999 Suzuki Intruder 1500 LC. It was a great bike and served me well during the 10 years I owned it.
